Before we quote
The right fabric for the job
We do not simply hand over a swatch and let you choose. Before we quote, we ask where the garment will be worn and what it has to withstand. A T-shirt for a corporate office and a T-shirt for a factory floor look like the same order — to us they are two different fabrics, and we will happily make both in the same delivery.

Where staff sweat through a shift, stand near heat, work outdoors or handle food, we recommend technical fabrics engineered for the conditions rather than for the showroom.

Corporate offices & front-of-house
Chosen for comfort and feel
An office garment is worn in air conditioning, in meetings and in front of clients. Here the priorities change: how the fabric feels against the skin all day, how it drapes, and how presentable it still looks at five in the afternoon.
For this work we recommend poly-cotton blends. The cotton gives softness and breathability; the polyester holds the shape, resists creasing and keeps colour consistent across a large staff order and every reorder after it.
Where a smarter finish is needed, we move to a firmer pique or a crisp poplin — and we will tell you plainly which one suits your team, your climate and your laundry routine.

About Knit Wear Capital
A factory, not a middleman
Plenty of suppliers take your order, pass it to someone else and add their margin on top. We are not one of them. The cutting, stitching, printing, embroidery and label machines are ours, in one building, run by people we know by name.
That matters when something goes wrong. If a shade comes out slightly off, we can stop the line the same hour instead of sending an email and hoping. It is also why our minimum is only 10 pieces — short runs disrupt nothing when you control your own floor.
We work with offices, hospitals, hotels, factories, schools, security agencies, sports clubs and clothing brands across Kerala and the rest of India. Some order once a year, some every month. Both get a sample before bulk, and a packing list in every carton.

How an order works
Five stages, in this order. A stitched sample reaches you in about 7 days, and bulk delivery follows roughly 21 days after you approve it. Nothing moves into bulk until you say so.
Stage 01
Send your brief
Share your logo or artwork, quantity and rough size split. We come back with a price and a fabric recommendation.
Day 0–1Stage 02
Sample & approval
One stitched sample in your fabric and colour. Change anything you want before we continue.
Day 2–7Stage 03
Cut & stitch
Fabric laid, cut and stitched in size order. Sublimation panels are printed before assembly, never after.
Day 8–16Stage 04
Print & label
Logos, names and numbers applied by the agreed method, then your main label, care label and size tab stitched in.
Day 17–24Stage 05
Check & deliver
Every piece measured against the spec sheet, bagged by size, cartoned and dispatched with a packing list.
Day 25–28Team kit built around the game

What is your minimum order quantity?
Corporate uniforms and sports jerseys start at just 10 pieces per style. DTF printing starts at 2 metres. Custom woven labels and hang tags start at 1,000 pieces because of how the weaving process works.
How long does an order take?
A stitched sample in your fabric and colour reaches you in about 7 days. Once you approve it, bulk production takes around 21 days. Tell us your deadline at the start and we will say honestly whether we can meet it rather than promise and miss.
What types of uniform do you manufacture?
Corporate wear, hospitality and housekeeping uniforms, healthcare scrubs and tunics, industrial and security uniforms, educational and sports kit, plus custom items such as caps, belts, aprons, hoodies and winter jackets.
What printing and branding methods do you offer?
Four methods in-house: sublimation, DTF printing, screen printing and embroidery. Name embroidery and single-name personalisation are available, and large DTF prints can be produced to your own design.
What jersey fabrics can we choose from?
Dotknit, Saleena, Honeycomb, PP, NJ, Mars, Reebok Knit, Trendfit, Jacquard, Lacoste, Mesh, Super Poly and 4-way Lycra — which ones apply depends on whether you choose full sublimation, two-side, front-and-sleeve, normal or sleeveless jersey. The fabrics section above lists each build.
Can you match our exact brand colours?
Yes. Send a Pantone code or a physical swatch and we match it. You confirm the match on the sample before anything goes into bulk.
Do you deliver outside Kerala?
Yes. We deliver anywhere in India and also handle export orders. Within Kerala, deliveries are usually arranged through our own transport.
Can you stitch our own brand label inside the garment?
Yes. Woven main labels, printed care labels and size tabs are made to your artwork from 1,000 pieces and stitched in before dispatch. Nothing carries our name unless you ask for it.
What artwork format should we send?
Vector files work best — AI, EPS, PDF or SVG. If you only have a PNG or JPEG, send the largest version you have and we will redraw it at no charge.
